Earth Protection Agents of the Year
Kimo Greene featured on Headline News

While working at his shop on Sand Island Road, Kimo Greene noticed a truck dumping a foul smelling liquid on a bank near the ocean. He reported the spill to the City and County of Honolulu, which prevented the contaminant from reaching the water. Local television crews interviewed him and ran a story about the incident on the evening news. For his decisive action in the face of environmental danger, Kimo has earned the special distinction of Earth Protection Agent of the Year.

"Agents help prevent pollution by reporting potential violations."

Jordan H.I. Ogawa Stops Construction Pollution
One day Jordan saw that the pollution from a construction site near his school was being washed into a nearby storm drain. The City and County investigated the incident and prevented further drainage from occurring. Jordan was named an Earth Protect Agent of the Year for his willingness to get involved in his community.
